1. General provisions
1.1. This agreement is a public offer in accordance with Art. 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and determines the terms of purchase and sale of goods in the online store knit.net.ua.
1.2. The fact of placing an Order by the Buyer through the knit.net.ua website and/or paying for the order by any available method is considered acceptance of this offer.
1.3. The owner of the online store is Knit.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of the goods presented in the catalog of the knit.net.ua website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for such goods.
2.2. The characteristics, photos and description of the goods are given in the catalog of the online store.
3. The procedure for placing an order
3.1. The Buyer places an order by adding the product to the “Cart” and filling out the form with contact details.
3.2. The Seller confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail or phone.
3.3. In the event of the absence of the ordered product, the Seller has the right to offer a similar one or cancel the order.
4. Price and payment method
4.1. Prices for products are indicated on the website in hryvnias and include all taxes.
4.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices for products without notice.
4.3. Payment is made:
cashless (online payment by bank card);
cash on delivery (at the postal operator’s office);
other methods specified on the website.
5. Delivery of goods
5.1. Delivery is carried out in Ukraine using courier and postal services (Nova Poshta).
5.2. The delivery cost is paid by the Buyer, unless otherwise specified on the website.
5.3. The delivery time depends on the selected transport company and region.
6. Return and exchange of goods
6.1. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
6.2. The goods must be kept in good condition: without traces of use, with labels, in the original packaging.
6.3. The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except in cases of receipt of poor-quality or erroneously sent goods.
7. Rights and obligations of the parties
7.1. The Seller is obliged to:
transfer goods of proper quality;
provide guarantees in accordance with the law;
not disclose the Buyer’s personal data.
7.2. The Buyer is obliged to:
provide reliable data when placing an order;
pay for the goods on time;
accept the delivered goods.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the fault of transport companies.
8.2. The Seller is not responsible for improper use or storage of the goods by the Buyer.
9. Confidentiality and protection of personal data
9.1. When placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”.
9.2. Personal data is used exclusively to fulfill the terms of this agreement.
10. Other terms
10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in the event of failure to reach an agreement – in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
10.2. This agreement comes into force from the moment of acceptance of the offer and is valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
